What does Prieto see when they get in the mountains at the Panuelos compound?

When Prieto arrives at the Panuelos compound and is allowed to take off his blindfold, he sees a large two-story structure painted jungle green. It has big, open windows. He can see oversized ceiling fans with the blades moving. He realizes they have electricity. Then he notices the solar panels on the roof and a large wind turbine.
