In "Champagne Dreams," how does Olga work with Igor?

Olga first started working with Igor when she planned the nuptials of a Russian oligarch's daughter. Olga started over-ordering champagne for her clients' weddings. When she had enough inventory for an entire party, she would sell it to Igor at a discount. Then he suggested that she use the extra product from their family restaurants--caviar, vodka, expensive whiskeys--and exchange it for hard-to-find wines. They began exchanging product and cash.
