How did Carol build her catering business?

Carol started her catering business out of her apartment 30 years ago. She had started out doing small weddings, Then she moved on to bigger and more prominent affairs. Eventually, she secured the contract for the annual Met Gala, all the Fashion Week parties, and most of the A-list events in the New York City area.
