Who is CeeCee from Ninth Key and what is their importance?

CeeCee is one of Susannah's friends. She is the editor of the achool newspaper and an avid researcher. CeeCee provides most of the research behind Susannah's adventure regarding the news stories on the missing environmentalists, the death of Mrs. Beaumont, and Mr. Thaddeus Beaumont's decline in health. CeeCee also has an Aunt Pru who is a mediator.
