David Blackburn is the athletic, popular boy that Gillian is in love with. David is a kind soul who already has a girlfriend. David is attracted to Gillian when she changes her appearance, but he has made a promise to his girlfriend to be faithful. However, when Gillian and her guardian angel help David find out his girlfriend was not faithful to him, he breaks up with her and begins dating Gillian.
