When does Case first experience his anger?

Case's anger comes when the promise of warmth, food, and a girl through Linda in the arcade is torn away from him by Wintermute and replaced with Julius Deane. This experience must have triggered real feelings of loss, as Case has not had proper time to consider Linda's death and his own role in it.
