What does Wintermute warn Case about at the end of the chapter?

Wintermute warns Case that its other half, presumably the other AI, knows about the plan. Wintermute tells Case that this other entity may appear to Case and pretend to be Wintermute, and that he would have difficulty telling the difference. Wintermute also warns Case that Armitage is becoming unstable.
