What does Michele tell Case about the severity of his crimes?

Michele tells Case that he is partly responsible for many crimes, including the deaths of 14 people at the Sense/Net pyramid. More severely, however, Case has made a deal with a 'devil' in the form of Wintermute. According to the Turing police, the freeing of an AI with such power would be catastrophic.
