How is Case revived from the dream?

Case is awakened in Neuromancer's world by the sound of music. He seems to suggest that the Kuang is starting to break down the code of the world, and that also may aid his escape. The music that Case hears is from a set of headphones that Maelcum places on his ears, at Wintermute's suggestion.
