How does the story end? What happens to Case?

The story ends with the departure of Molly, who explains that her relationship with Case was interfering with her ability to do her job. Case finds a job, a girlfriend, and manages to fix the modifications made to his body so he can get high again. When traveling through cyberspace, Case catches a glimpse of the AI standing on a bank of data with versions of Linda Lee and Case.
