Who is Bunny Dunn from My Year of Meats and what is their importance?

Bunny Dunn is an ex-stripper who married a much older man. Bunny sees herself as all body and no brains, making her depend on her figure to get the things she wants. However, when Jane points out to Bunny that something is physically wrong with her daughter Rose, Bunny immediately turns to Jane to help her daughter. In fact, Bunny shows the cameraman the changes to Rose's body that have been caused by estrogen poisoning. Bunny then shows the footage to her husband in order to force his son, Gale, to stop using illegal hormones in the family feedlot.
