While getting ready for work, Sem has a metallic taste in his mouth, and he is overcome by a profound exhaustion. Though his wife, Sanja, tries making him comfortable, Sem is immobilized by pain and fatigue. When the ambulance arrives, the paramedics tell Sem he is having a heart attack.
