Why is Holly Hill special to July in the novel, Mr. and Mrs. Bo Jo Jones?

Holly Hill is Grandmother Greher's home. It is important to July because she associates it with her carefree childhood, picking berries around the house and what not. July feels with the pregnancy she can never again recapture those days.
