Describe the people in Blue's story.

The people in Blue's story were slaves to machines, operating them from within. They were machines serving a mechanical state. The masters of the International Government of the World (IGW), were the children of the state masters and exterminated all the rebellious races and those unsuited for slavery; those preserved were obedient and hard working.
