What is Zanmi Lasante in Mountains Beyond Mountains by Tracy Kidder?

Zanmi Lasante is the sister organization of Partners In Health. Located in Cange, Haiti, it was first designed to be first a clinic, but it later expanded into a full hospital and laboratory, that included a pediatric ward, obstetric services, school, and living quarters for the villagers.
