What is Mount Dragon in the book, Mount Dragon: A Novel?

Mount Dragon is GeneDyne's Remote Desert Testing Facility. It looks out over the Jornada del Muerto desert, and it is located within the boundaries of the White Sands Missile Range. Mount Dragon is the only Level 5 facility in the world.
