While Harper is cleaning up his study after the murders, Miles calls to tell him that the Trojan horse worked. Miles has gained access to data files from the killer's computer that detail many of the murders. After hearing that Erin has been murdered, Miles also admits that he didn't actually manage to route past the address system with the telephone company. The killer could have tracked the fake "Erin" back to Harper's house.
