How does Harper feel about Miles? What does he ask Dr. Lenz?

It seems that Harper suspects at times that Miles is capable of killing, even though he continues to tell the authorities that he is not a suspect. He is unsure of what to think about his old friend. He asks Dr. Lenz if Miles is gay, but Dr. Lenz refuses to answer because of patient-doctor privilege.
