Who saves the children from the crash and brings them to Greenway in the novel, Monument 14?

Mrs. Wooly, the bus driver that takes the elementary and middle school children from Dean and Alex's neighborhood to school, ends up saving the lives of the living children from the bus crash during the hailstorm and depositing them inside of Greenway.
