Peeta Mellark from Mockingjay is the other Tribute from district 12, in the last book he was taken by the Capitol when Haymitch was attempting to rescue the tributes out of the Quarter Quell. He was then 'hijacked' and instead of loving Katniss those feelings were turned to a desire to kill her.
