Miss Benson’s Beetle is told through third person limited narration. In most chapters, the narrator focuses on following the thoughts and feelings of the protagonist, Margery. However, certain chapters focus on Mundic and even Mrs Pope, the two antagonists. This narration style is highly useful in understanding the motivations of some of the key characters involved in the plot.
