Rufus King is the most impressive delegate from Massachusetts. He is young, but has already been in the Massachusetts legislature and in Congress. In 1787, he moves the resolution that slavery is not allowed in the Northwest Territory. King also has a talent for exposing the weaknesses in others' arguments. These accomplishments in someone who is only thirty-three are quite impressive.
