In Chapter Five, which Resolves are postponed for later discussion?

The delegates postpone several of the Resolves for later discussion. Resolve 11 deals with the form of government, and the New Jersey delegation thinks the issue of representation is decided first before they address the Resolve. Resolves 13, 14, and 15 are also postponed until later in the Convention.
