The Arbitration rock is a landmark that split the boundary of Brooklyn and Queens. Though it is no longer on the actual border it is an important meeting place for Miles and Peter Parker. This landmark once again reinforces the theme of identity that Brooklyn is its own City, with its own Spider-man. Taking place at the midpoint of the story, Peter gives Miles advice that sets him on course for the rest of the book.
