How does Will feel about his outing to the racetrack with Lou in the book, Me Before You?

Will does not enjoy the outing at all and makes it very clear to Lou. Later, when Lou attempts to find out why, Will explains that he hates horses, hates the races, and that she did not ask what he would actually like to do.
