What does Rick tell his blue canyon social worker?

Rick tells his social worker that the guards at the detention center are corrupt. After which, the social worker is quickly transferred out of the center, and Rick's name ends up on a pack of cigarettes. Boys at the detention center are paid to beat other up with the promise of cigarettes.
