The Pleeblands describes the majority of the world outside of the corporate control. The title is a play on "plebian," meaning the peasant class. The Pleeblands are where most of humanity lived prior to the plague, and it is also where the most crime and sex trafficking occurs. The most vulnerable populations live in this area, and most of the settings of Zeb's stories are a part of this area.
