What is Collection of Sentimental Objects?

Smith’s apartment is filled with things that hold memories from treasured times in her life. She looks at them now and then for comfort, flooded with images and feelings from the past. There are some that she has hidden away, she does not want them to be damaged or get lost. She does not even look at some of them as she retrieves another, perhaps in fear of wearing out their power. Amongst other objects, there is her father’s office chair, a fishing bait called Curly, Kevin Shields’ EBow, Margot Fonteyn’s ballet slippers, photos of her family, and a clay giraffe her daughter made as a child.
