What is Café in the Desert

This is the place where Smith meets the cowpoke in her dreams. There is nothing else around within her view, other than an old gas pump and a water trough. The café is greyish brown, and Smith walks behind the counter to make herself coffee. There is no one inside, but she does find beans and a machine. The cowpoke sits outside on a folding chair.
