How does Song seem to feel when compared to Western women? How does this relate to her own education and upbringing?

Gallimard seems to be a meek and introverted man, especially when it comes to his relationship with women. Song's subservient nature has brought out another side to Gallimard's personality, that is, his need to be dominant and forceful over the weaker sex. He displays this side to Song after she asks him to leave.
