What is Bright Green Pen?

This pen that wrote in bright green ink is at first a symbol of Ani’s attempt to show her support for Bradley, her new school. Later, when detectives find the ink from her pen in her handwriting in Arthur’s yearbook, they think that Ani is involved in helping to plan the shooting at Bradley.
