Clark and Marty are Belinda's parents. Belinda spends the weekends with her parents in their home. Clark and Marty are the ones who are perhaps the most hurt by Arnie's behavior after Abe's accident. They pray that he will come to understand that Abe's arm must be fixed and the boy not allowed to become a cripple. Clark and Marty are also the ones who advise Kate to allow Amy Jo to go visit out West with Melissa.
