What is the narrator point of view in the novel, Lord of Misrule?

Most of the story is narrated in the third person by an unnamed narrator. Maggie, Medicine Ed and Two-Tie’s sections of the novel are all told from the third person point of view. In Tommy’s sections of the novel, however, the second person point of view is used.
