How does Jimmy react to Alison's "Dear John" letter?

Jimmy rails against Alison for the spineless "Dear John" letter she has written him, once again betraying his need to see passion in his partner. He wishes that she had called him all the terrible things that he believes she thinks he is and shown some real feeling for him, even if the feeling is hatred.
