What does Will tell Shawn in Chapter Seven?

Will tells Shawn that he has his gun and that he is going to follow The Rules for him. He tells Shawn that he thinks, he knows Riggs killed Shawn. Will tells Shawn that he is scared and needs to know that he is doing the right thing.
