Who is Konrad Beezo from Life Expectancy and what is their importance?

Konrad calls himself Beezo. He is a performer with the traveling circus and is married to a trapeze artist named Natalie. Beezo is a clown who's makeup reflects the sad-faced, Emmet Kelly tradition instead of the polka dot bright plumage of the average Ringling Brothers clown. He wore a brown suit with a bright plaid patch across the baggy seat; and the sleeves of his jacket were short to the point of comical.
