Who is Crinkles from Life Expectancy and what is their importance?

Crinkles enjoys killing. Much like Honker, he is burly and thick necked, agile and ready to work without complaint. Crinkles could be described as resembling Art Garfunkel, with a choirboy's decadent face and electro-shocked hair. He refers to Lorrie as an it, lamenting the fact that it would be a shame to kill it before using it.
