Who is Charlene Coleman from Life Expectancy and what is their importance?

Charlene is a nurse at Snow Valley hospital. She had already worked there for many years when the night of JImmy's birth arrived. She attended both Madelaine Tock and Natalie Beezo while they went through their labors and subsequent births. She saw the child that Madelaine had was still born. She also watched as life slipped away from Natalie after her small body gave birth to twins. She hid with one of the twins while his father went on a rampage to avenge her death, killing the doctor who attended and one of the nurse's, leaving only her to tell the tale.
