What instructions does Mrs. Nesbitt give Miranda in Chapter 15?

Mrs. Nesbitt tells Miranda that she has specific items that she would like Miranda and her mother to have after her death. She alsi tells Miranda that her family should take whatever they need from her home, and that she would like her body to be taken to the hospital.
