Who is Lee Harvey Oswald from Libra and what is their importance?

Former United States Marine, Lee Harvey Oswald, defected to Russia but later returned to the United States. Upon his return, he becomes of interest to the FBI and CIA. Lee partners with an old friend in an unsuccessful conspiracy to assassinate Major General Walker. Lee stands accused of the assassination of John F. Kennedy but is murdered before charges are leveled against him.
