What is the theme in Lemonade Mouth: Adapted Movie Tie-in Edition by Mark Peter Hughes?

Overcoming obstacles is a theme in this novel. This novel is a long list of obstacles the band overcomes, from the unlikely combination of personalities to the physical and emotional complications that almost prevent the band from playing, at a number of turns. The novel seems to take the reader for a roller coaster ride, and as real as the obstacles are,and as rooted as they are in the characters' very real concerns, the story itself seems to overcome them.
