Who is Kemel Muhallal from Legacies and what is their importance?

Kemel is a member of the Iswid Nahr. When Thomas Clayton attempts to sell his father's invention in America, Kemel is his contact. Kemel is described as a religious man, who is uncomfortable in America. He wants desperately to return to his home country in order to care for his family and his own religious needs. Alicia, however, insists on dragging out the process of the home sale and forcing them to fight her in court. Kemel is also upset by the fact that his partner hired someone who starts blowing up people. He doesn't want death and destruction..... he simply wants Clayton's secrets so he can destroy them and return home. In the end, Kemel is killed when he and his team arrive at the cabin where Clayton hid his transmitter.
