What does Stevie learn about ticket scalping in Chapter 3? Where does Dick Weiss take Stevie?

As they walk to the Dome to watch practice, Stevie notices that people are trying to sell tickets to the games. Weiss explains that the lower seat tickets are selling for $2,500 and the higher level seats are selling for $1,500. When they try to pick up their media credentials, the NCAA guy gives Stevie a hard time because he doesn't have a photo ID.
