Lame Deer and Richard Erdoes enjoy sitting on Teddy Roosevelt's head more than the other heads on Mount Rushmore because the scenery there is better. There is moss growing near the back of Roosevelt's skull and plenty of trees and boulders to lean your back against. There is a little hollow surrounded by pines.
