Who is Molly Beth Gordon from Killing Floor and what is their importance?

Molly Beth Gordon is about thirty-five-years-old and works for the Treasury Department as assistant to Joe Reacher. She was at first very reluctant to discuss anything Joe might have been doing, but when she heard Jack's voice she wanted to help him. She tells him she knows Joe's passwords and will investigate his files.
