Significance Margrave Police Department

Consisting of merely eight employees, the Margrave Police Department is headed by a useless and excessive man named Chief Morrison. He's been part of the department for years along with four uniformed men and one woman, and the Chief of Detectives named Gray who was replaced with Chief of Detectives Finlay when he seemingly killed himself.
