Who is RV from Killers of the Dawn and what is their importance?

RV (Reggie Veggie) is an insane Vampaneze who has hooks for hands. His real hands were bitten off by the Wolf-Man at the Cirque de Freak. RV blames Darren for the accident.

RV later works with Steve to lure Darren and his group into the tunnels to fight with them and win the War of Scars. He personally takes Debbie Hemlock hostage.
