Who are the Beaufort children from Katherine?

The four Beaufort children, also known as the "Beaufort bastards" are the illegitimate offspring of Katherine and John of Gaunt. Though John of Gaunt will never sit on the English throne, his descendant, King Henry VII, will begin the reign of the Tudor dynasty. Henry VII's mother, Lady Margaret Beaufort, was the granddaughter of Katherine and John.
