Who is Faustia from Julian and what is their importance?

Faustia was Constantius' second wife, and the mother of their daughter, who was born after his death. Faustia has no wish for power and happily retires to the country after her husband's death. Julian is more than happy to let her go, and even happier when her child turns out to be a girl.
