Who is King Bucchos from The Jugurthine War and what is their importance?

King Bucchos is the King of the Moors. He forms an alliance with Jurgurtha near the end of the war, but s won over by the Romans. Bucchos plans a meeting with Jurgurtha at the Roman's request, which allows the Romans easy access to Jurgurtha, who they subsequently arrest.
